Since 2014, Dr Suppa has been working on the research project “Multidimensional Poverty Measurement in Germany and the EU” at TU Dortmund (Chair of Public Economics). This research project is funded by the German research foundation (DFG).
In 2011 he received the Kuklys Prize for the best conference paper from a graduate student at the HDCA Annual Conference. In 2013 he was awarded the Cairncross Prize for the best paper presented by a younger member of the society at the SES conference.
