Biography
Suman Seth is a Research Officer at the Oxford Poverty & Human Development Initiative (OPHI), Queen Elizabeth House, Oxford University. He joined OPHI in June 2010 after completing his Ph.D. from Vanderbilt University, USA. His primary interest lies in the area of Development Economics with special emphasis on the issues of measurement methodologies and policy oriented applications of multidimensional welfare and poverty indices.
