Biography
Séverine has worked on the collective and historical dimensions of the human development and capability approach, and is currently working on the role of religion and values in development. She is the Education Officer of the Human Development and Capability Association. She holds a D.Phil. in Development Studies from the University of Oxford and a M.A. in Economics from the University of Louvain (Belgium).
