Biography
Moizza B Sarwar works part-time at OPHI and develops policy briefs and research material for dissemination and discussion at international forums and government meetings as well as material for publication on the OPHI website. She is a graduate student at the University of Oxford’s Department of Social Policy and her current research area focuses on informal settlements in Cape Town, South Africa and Karachi, Pakistan.
