Biography
Mauricio Apablaza is a Researcher at the Oxford Poverty & Human Development Initiative (OPHI). He is studying for a Ph.D at the University of Nottingham, UK and the Universidad del Desarrollo, Chile. He has been working with OPHI since March 2010.
